Create a Gallery + Upload Photos

1 - Hi there! These are the basic steps to start using our photos platform. Log in here with the credentials you were provided with: http://admin.photos.sweatworks.net/#/login and select the "+ new gallery" button:



2- Next, you can upload watermarks to your profile to use them in your galleries later. Click on the "profile" icon and then head to the "Manage watermarks" tab. 

      

3- After creating the gallery you will see this screen. Select the cogwheel button next to manage zones and upload photos:


4- You will see each event will be divided into zones (these are photo points along the race, such as ‘start’, ‘obstacle 1’, ‘finish line’, ‘podium’, etc.)
Notes: 

Make sure you upload photos to the correct zone. Select a folder or files from your computer to start uploading photos: 

-photos need to be in a JPG or AWM file format. They will not upload if they are compressed, such as in a zip file, or if they are in any other format. 

-the recommended photo size is between 2500px and 4000px, and the recommended file size is 1-2Mb.



As the uploading process is ongoing, you will see this information:

  • (100): the number of photos before starting a new photo upload.

  • (1247): the number of photos uploaded at the moment.

  • REMAINS: the number of files in queue to be uploaded.

  • TOTAL: the number of selected files to be uploaded.

  • SUCCESS: the number of files uploaded successfully.

  • ERROR: the number of files that were not uploaded. In the details information you can manage whether to take them out or to try to upload them again. ‘Retry All’ will retry to upload all files again.

  • WARNING[DUPLICATED]: the number of files that were tried to be uploaded but were already in the system.

  • WARNING[NOT TIME]: the number of the files that were uploaded without timestamp. In the detail information their names are visible for further information.

  • The bucket icon stops and eliminates the entire list of files that are in the upload queue.
